Can I park a large car or van in the parking garage?
The maximum clearance height is 2.10 meters. Are you unsure whether your car or bus will fit in the garage? Please feel free to contact us.
Can electric cars enter the parking garage and are there charging points available?
Of course! There are 136 charging points available for electric cars. There is (yet) no charging option for scooters.
Is it possible to park my trailer in the parking garage?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to drive into the parking garage with a trailer.
Which payment methods can I use to pay?
You can pay at the payment terminals with cash, debit card or credit card.
Is it possible to store my bicycle in the parking garage?
Yes, you can store your bicycle at Parking Centrum Oosterdok. At entrance A, on the left at the bottom of the ramp (in front of the conservatory), you will find a bicycle shed with space for 2,500 bicycles.
What payment methods can I use?
You can reserve a parking space by making a payment with a valid credit card or via iDeal/Bancontact/Paypal/SEPA/WechatPay through the electronic payment facility on the website. Authorizing the payment in this electronic payment facility implies an explicit agreement from the parker to deduct the due parking fee from their credit card or bank account.

How do I reach Parking Centrum Oosterdok?
To reach Parking Centrum Oosterdok, it is best to navigate to our address: Oosterdoksstraat 140, 1011 DK Amsterdam.
There are several routes available to our parking garage.
How far is Parking Centrum Oosterdok from my destination?
Most destinations in the center of Amsterdam are within walking distance. Because Parking Centrum Oosterdok is located right next to Central Station, you can also easily travel further by tram, bus or metro.
Which exit should I use?
Parking Centrum Oosterdok has one entrance and exit for cars and three pedestrian exits:
- Exit A: Bicycle shed, Mac Bike, NEMO Science Museum, OBA, Conservatorium, PTA, TomTom
- Exit B: MediaMarkt
- Exit C: DoubleTree, Vodafone, Centraal Station

Is it possible to reserve a parking space?
Yes, that is certainly possible! You can reserve a parking space from €10 per day.
Is it possible to cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before arrival. You do this via the confirmation email you received. However, €2.50 will be deducted for administration costs.
Is it possible to change the date of my reservation?
Unfortunately it is not possible to change the date of your reservation. Do you have further questions about canceling or moving your reservation? Please feel free to contact us.
What should I do if I have not received a confirmation email after my reservation?
Have you made a reservation on our website, but have not received a confirmation email? First check whether the email has ended up in your spam box. If you cannot find an email there either, please feel free to contact us.
Is unlimited entry and exit possible with a reserved Day Trip?
No, with a Daytrip ticket you cannot enter and exit unlimitedly. You can enter once and exit once.
How can I reserve a parking space?
A parking space can only be reserved through our website. After payment, you will receive the reservation confirmation and invoice in your email inbox. This confirmation includes all important details, such as the address of the parking location and your QR-code. You can print the reservation and take it with you so that you have the address and code, or you can open the reservation on your phone when entering. Remember to adjust your device’s brightness so that the QR-code can be read by the scanner.
I have reserved a parking space, payment has been made, but I haven't received a confirmation. How can this happen?
Always check your spam folder in your email. It sometimes happens that the parking confirmation ends up there. If the reservation is not in the spam folder, please send an email to: ode@parkeerdeal.nl.
I entered the wrong license plate number.
If you entered the wrong license plate number when booking or if you arrive in a different car, you can enter the parking lot using the received QR-code. You will need to present this QR-code to the scanner on the equipment.
You can also change the license plate number via your parking reservation on the website. NOTE: You will not receive a new parking reservation!
Can I change the date of my reservation?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the date of your reservation.
Can I cancel my reservation?
To change or cancel a reservation with Parkeerdeal, a notice period of at least 24 hours before the start date of the reservation period applies. You are then entitled to a refund of the parking amount, with a €2,50 administration fee deducted.
Can I reserve a disabled parking space?
Disabled parking spaces are not specific parking products within Parkeerdeal. Therefore, a specific reservation cannot be made for a disabled space. Nonetheless, there are disabled parking spaces available at the parking location.
Is parking free for people with a disability card?
No, people with a disability card pay the usual parking rates.
I received a QR-code. What now?
You can enter and exit based on license plate recognition. If license plate recognition does not work, you can hold the received QR-code up to the scanner at the entrance and/or exit. Remember to adjust your device’s brightness so that the QR-code can be read by the scanner.
I parked and had to pay extra, how is that possible?
When you reserve a day pass, it is valid from 00:00 to 23:59 on the same day. If you arrive before the time period or you stay longer than 23:59, the standard rate applies. Example: If you reserve a day pass for €25 and park from 09:00 to 01:59, you will pay €25 (reservation fee) + €15 (standard hourly rate €7,50 x 2).

In addition to these costs, there is an amount of €0.50 for administration and reservation costs.
Why did I have to pay extra after parking?
When you reserve a Daytrip ticket, it is valid from 00:01 to 23:59 the same day. If you stay longer than 23:59, the standard rate applies.
Example: If you have reserved a Daytrip ticket for €25,- and you park from 09:00 – 01:59? Then you pay €25,- (reservation rate) + €15,- (standard hourly rate x 2).
Why do I have to pay more than €10 online?
Parking from € 10, – is only possible when you buy a Dinner Ticket via our reservation module. We have 300 parking spaces available daily for reservations, of which a number of spaces are available for that rate.
What are the costs if I want to park for two or three days?
Reserveer vooraf een Flex parking ticket voor € 25,- per kalenderdag. Heb je niet gereserveerd? Dan is het maximale dagtarief van € 45,- is tot 24 uur na inrijden geldig. Parkeer je langer dan deze 24 uur, dan betaal je de resterende tijd het reguliere tarief van 1,50 per 12 minuten.
Safety
Is my car safely parked in Parking Centrum Oosterdok?
With permanent staff and camera surveillance, we do our utmost to ensure the safety of your car. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any guarantees and you always park at your own risk. We therefore advise not to leave valuables or electronics (such as laptops, telephones or navigation systems) in the car.
